H1N1 Flu Vaccination Clinics to be held at five EGUSD high schools

Five EGUSD high schools – Elk Grove, Florin, Franklin, Sheldon and Valley – will host free H1N1 Flu vaccination clinics, sponsored by Sacramento County Public Health.

The H1N1 vaccine will be provided free of charge to anyone who is a resident of Sacramento County, is older than six months, and medically able to receive it. 

Although the clinics are open to everyone, those who are at highest risk are encouraged to come for a vaccination. These groups include: pregnant women, healthcare workers, persons caring for children under 6 months of age, children and young adults aged 6 months to 24 years and adults aged 24-64 with underlying medical conditions.
